The king/queen is not a pain in the ass like most nobles. They make no mandates, and aside from their high residential requirements (which isn't much of a problem when the walls and floors are made of obsidian and metal ores) are no more draining than a peasant.

There's really no reason to have them executed. Besides, after that stunt with the goblin? She's here to stay.
