There should be number under your class, beside the words Skill Points. For Dark Knights, its 14.
Just add your Int Score to that. So, in your case it would be 8+14 = 22. I think you have one too many points in your attributes as well. Otherwise, I can't see any problems. Pity we won't be in the same group, this character sounds like she'd be interesting - to say the least. But group one does have a crazy of its own. I suppose that's sufficient.
