If it helps, Jack wouldn't be getting 6x strength too often. Still, I get your point. How about 1.5x, 2x and 3x for Lesser Demon, Blood Summoned and Demonic Hybrids respectively?

Fair enough. He'd pretty much only have a decent store of Lesser Demon blood and precious few Blood Summoned and Demonic Hybrid samples that he saves for tough mission.

Okay, let's see. I can't imagine demons being the most tight-knit bunch. They might work together for a mutual purpose, sure, but maybe someone got greedy and wanted an army of people as strong as demons and they didn't want to trust other demons.

Well, the biggest problem I can't address is that I don't know a demon can't mind control people on a large scale. If they can't they'd have to train people as loyal servants from a young age.

But yeah, if you still can't approve Jack I'll see if I can't come up with a new character.
