Nah you're doing it wrong. It should be FemShepard. That way Garrus would be the PM's husband. Him being at all those diplomatic things world leaders spouses attend would be worth electing Shepard by itself.

Not sure about his/her stance on Britain exactly, but politically the Paragon(good) Shepard seems to be ultra liberal, anti-nationalistic Federation style space communist, and the Renegade (bad) one seems to be nationalistic, authoritarian and capitalistic.

It would also screw with the health system pretty badly.

Edit: Thinking about it, Renegade Shepard would be Thatcher in a hot young cyborg body bascially. With supervillain style "you have failed me" murders.
