What benefit is there to having low rage? I didn't see a drawback to having high rage, unless someone makes a move that is more powerful the more rage the opponent has or something or the less rage the user has.

Also, for PC trainers customized accessories for leader pokemons, do you mean 2 accessories, one for each leader or only one which can be given to either leader pokemon only?
