Mmmmaybe, I left it kind of ambiguous. However, I did think it'd be funny if the actual Garland was down on his luck and could only get a job working in a theme restaurant based partially on himself. So it might actually be him after all!

It's all in how you wanna see it

Well, he could be the OWNER of the place too...

Actually I assumed it was a costumed guy until i noticed the surprised lines. I could definitely see Garland making the effort to PERSONALLY see to it all his customers got excellent service. I bet my water would never dip below 75% with Garland on the case. He always goes the extra mile, that guy.

AAAH I JUST GOT IT LOOOOOOOOL

The only one I can't figure out is the fat and skinny guys. I think that's it though, on the 3rd readthrough I noticed the ogre and the Buster Sword/Gunblade among the not useless tools.

They're aren't anyone specific. The yokel buying the shovel w/ the hole in it from Akbar isn't anyone specific either.

Default Thanks Brian

Like many other long-time reader, first-time posters, the EpicLogue finally tipped my hand and forced me to register to thank you for the years of entertainment, Mr Clevinger.

For the better part of a decade, this sadistically funny comic has been something I've never failed to enjoy. To see such a poignant send-off to the series when you were well within your rights to point out that you had already finished the story months ago is a fabulous treat.

Again, I salute you. May you find success in all your future endeavours.

Also, thanks to Matt Speroni and Jeff Powell for their stellar work on the final comic.

One more character that I don't remember:
In the panel with Akbar's not useless tools, there's a fence on the far right side. Where the dead squid-head cultist is. Through a gap in the fence, we can see a guy in what looks like glasses and a trenchcoat, holding a knife, presumably having just killed the cultist. Who is that?
