Dystopia. It's a Half-Life 2 mod, and aside from the elitists, is a really fun game.

Fallout3 and Oblivion... well, it'd be safer to assume you already have them, but there are always those people...
Better Bodies and Better Heads. (Or whatever variation thereof.)

Ironically I am looking for Oblivion mods now too. Damn 66% off.
L4D2 would be nifty too, though I'm still trying to Gold every survival map. |

For Fallout and Oblivion I use http://www.tesnexus.com/ and http://www.fallout3nexus.com/. Yes they have the adult mods, but you don't have to click on them if you don't want to and they are labeled.

For Fallout 3 I'd likely suggest Cube Expirimental a damn interesting little item that has ties to the Cube series of horror movies making the expirience a tad better(particularly the unfairness early on) but it is more than strong enough on its own.

Personally I'd like to see a Fallout 3 mod that changes the camera angle to a useful bird's eye view and enforces turn based combat. Lacking which, I just keep playing Fallout 2.
I could recommend you some mods for that if you're into it. Not much else to contribute. :I

For Oblivion, I recommend:
Edit: Apparently, there are also other options for companions. This one apparently is based on a different engine with better stability than CM, but only allows you to use one companion. As a note, CM isn't necessarily "unstable" so much as "resource-heavy." General rule of thumb for a good computer is no more than eight companions before the game crashes, with instability starting at five or so, IIRC. If you stay with a reasonable number, you should be fine.
