Exactly what the title sounds like. We've all argued the energy crisis, global warming and the oil spill.
I recently saw a commercial for the oil sands as something from the Canadian Association of Petrol or something like that, about how they recycle more than 80% of the water they need to use. I thought that was pretty neat. But there's also people who are protesting the process of getting oil from sand. And I watched this video a few months ago, and I'm wondering. Educate me on the pros and cons of oil sands. |

So you want us to talk about a more expensive and energy intensive method of getting petrol without bringing up the energy crisis?
Might be a little difficult!

I take that part back. I was re-reading old threads about the energy crises and thought it was pounded into the dirt. I was young, I was innocent, and I was drunk.
