I'm going to college and will be taking 11 credits at a good school and I'm grateful for them. It was pure luck that the last 4 credits opened up in the very class I needed to open up basically the whole program. I'll be living in Green Bay in the dorms for a pittance of $800 for the entire semester, when an apartment would be no less than $500 a month! I will be able to drive home every weekend to see my family and cat, and I have my aunt and cousins in Green Bay to hang with if we all feel like it on Tuesdays, which I'll have off. My place will have a fridge and stove, I'll have my own private bathroom, and free Internet and cable.

Life's pretty grand right now. What about you guys?

my(our) rent didn't increase this year
Starcraft 2 doesn't completely suck
My car is fast
My car has new paint
Work signed new contracts guaranteeing that they can never ever EVER fire me without dooming themselves.

I am still employed.

I have cable/internet & landline phone for, as blues says, a pittance.

My rent hasn't gone up since we first moved in February of 2008.

Managed to make it through finals week and a root canal with my sanity intact, came home to Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, caffinated brownies, Inception, and cinammon roasted almonds.

Best friend's been avoiding saying goodbye to me, even though she's moving out of state for college. I was given a black eye due to an alleged friend beating me in the face with a bible because I'm gay. I exploded at another friend the next day, after she crossed a line by making fun of my brother's autism. I can't handle living with said brother right now because he frustrates me with the fact that the only real conversation I have ever had with him is about Super Mario. I feel disgusted with myself for letting myself be frustrated so much by a disabled twelve year old. My family life is a mess, my friends are all avoiding me, and because that isn't enough stress, I start college on Monday. On top of that, I've been spending more time on 4chan than here, which does wonders for my self-esteem.

So yeah, feeling fabulous.
