Also... "No Mercy" will be added to Left 4 Dead 2... that I'll have to wait and see to make a judgement about. And will they keep the Killer Humvee of Death?

And yes, this stuff will be free, except for 360 players.

Who all's excited for it?

I don't have L4D but I can appreciate how much Valve is trying to become everyone's best friend with stuff like this and TF2.

And now I want to have a better computer EVEN more. This sounds amazing though, it'll be fun to play with the old survivors too. I wonder if they'll keep the game play like it was in L4D1 or if they'll have differences between the 1 and 2 download.

And apperentally they'll be able to kill Infected to the lyrical stylings of Midnight Riders as well.

I'm pretty pumped. I know I could just boot up L4D whenever but I'm accustomed to just L4D2 nowadays, and No Mercy was my favourite campaign from the original.

I'd be even more pumped if the 360 people got it for free...

Oh well! This is an amazing game anyway, and I'm always a fan of adding more content to games like this. Keeps the unnecessary sequel count down.

Also, what is up with Microsoft lately, upping fees from Xbox live and still charging for stuff that others get free? Greedy Greedy Greedy.

Actually. I think the only survivor from the entire L4D franchise I don't really care about is Coach. He's always seemed devoid of personality to me.

But anyway, yeah. Totally excited for the new DLC. Normally I'd be worried if a game developer decided to do a "sequel" revealing characters' backgrounds, especially LIKEABLE characters like the L4D survivors who manage to be awesome without elaborate backstories, but I trust Valve not to ruin things. They haven't let me down yet.
