OK, so given how A Thousand Words has pretty much screeched to a halt and there's no sign of it ever picking up, I'd like to propose a new picture & caption game. This one will combine the concept behind A Thousand Words with the fast-paced flow of Corrupted Wishes.

The rules are as follows:
* Each post will consist of one picture OR one caption. When executed perfectly, the thread will read as follows: one caption, one picture, one caption, one picture, one caption, one picture, etc.
* If the previous post was a picture, write a funny caption that fits.
* If the previous post was a caption, post a picture that fits.
* If multiple pictures or captions are posted in a row (as simultaneous postings are bound to occur), pick one to respond to and quote the one you chose in your post.
* After you've posted, you should try to wait at least 6 posts (3 captions, 3 pictures) to post again.
* If the last post in the thread was made over 24 hours ago, you can go ahead and post regardless of how many posts have passed.
* If your last post was made over 72 hours ago, the above two rules do not apply.
* Please try to use images without text captions. Words in the actual picture (like on a sign) are okay.
* Animated GIFs and PNGs are permitted.
* Usual forum rules apply, so keep images safe for work.

So, I'll start this thread off with a caption. The next poster must provide a picture that matches this caption, and the poster after him/her must post a caption that matches that picture, and so on so forth.
