'Cause what I've been doing is skipping breakfast, going for a relatively small lunch - if I can drink a protein shake instead of food than I will - and then have a regular dinner.
All that on top of exercising. Anyways, I'm going to head t o the pool tonight. My eyes are going to hate me. |

What I was saying was like, 100 pounds? 50 ounces of water per day. 200lb, 100oz. 5 20-oz drinks and bang.
Maybe I was wrong 'bout what Lev was saying. I dunno. But what I said is what was recommended to my wife by a nutrionist or whatever the devil they are called, in any case, someone who does this as a profession and does it well enough to keep a paying job, so I'm gonna be taking their advice given that it's working for her. :B And Lev I mean maybe I'm wrong here but my understanding is if you take in more calories than you burn you're probably going to gain weight? A net gain doesn't sound like a good way to shed pounds. Derp on the muscles bit, though, admitted.
