If there is any justice in the world he will find a publisher, because Pyschonauts is one of the best games of all time. OF ALL TIME. Seriously, to this day I play games, beat them and then say out loud "Well it was pretty good, but let's be realistic here, it wasn't Psychonauts good."

I played PSychonauts for free via Gametap.

Then I bought it on Steam when I could because the guy deserves money for that game.

Tim Schaffer is something like the Terry Gilliam of video games; he makes great games, to be sure, but actually getting those games made is a bitch and a half, with the added sting that most of those games never really find mainstream success.

I'm really hoping things work out in this case, at least. Psychonauts was of the games that convinced me to try and get a job in the video game industry in the first place.

I got a copy of this game at Big Lots for 4 dollars but it wouldn't play on my computer because of "shaders" or something, I'm going to try it on my relative's computer some time before I die.

EDIT: Actually I may buy the PS2 version at Gamestop or something, is there a PS2 version?

Yep. PC and PS2, and I think original generation Xbox, but I'm not sure.
