-Your Highness
-Mr./Mrs./Ms. (jerkwad, jerkface, know-it-all, brainiac, Einstein, et al. ...really anything to do with intelligence. The 'Einstein' one works really good in a cartoon that takes place in another dimension or in some fantasy-version of the distant past.)


Now, if you're a cartoon villain, you're going to go with more direct insults.


-You muscle-bound buffoon!
-You imbecile!
-We should call you (Some spin on the characters name that insinuates they are stupid, wimpy, weak, ugly, etc)
-(something) Brain! (Something good be literally anything. Seriously, pick any noun.)
