Sorry spent the last four hours working out a character sheet. NUMBERS DEAR GOD THE NUMBERS.

Anyway, witnesses include one lucky crackhead named Avram Groberkoltz who happened to be on crack that day and took off running like his life depended on it(it did). An unreliable source at the best of times what you get out of him will be peppered with his own substance abuse stories. Since Riley has forced control though there hasn't been any notable witnesses.
