Locke cole is one of Jay-Z's 99 problems. Possibly two.

So, apparently, it's possible to get this thing uncancelled. Maybe. And the action we can each take takes like 5 minutes tops, so there's very little reason not to try it. This guy explains the situation and gives instructions better than I can, so just read that post and follow it.
