Twilight Vampires are sorta unfairly powered actually. From what little I know, they have super strength, super speed, another super power unique to them (Edward can read minds), and virtually no weaknesses.

And have you ever watched a series called "Black Blood Brothers" before? They have one that can go out in sunlight with no ill effects. And his brother can go out in the day, but direct sunlight is like touching a hot oven to him. And has a similor fashion sense to Alucard.
