Dude, really the endorphins are more than enough high, try not to top them off with too many pain meds.

Heck, I did the pain meds thing myself recently in June & got off them as soon as I felt no need for them. The endorphins in my system are only just starting to thin out & let me sleep somewhat reasonably.

Heck, I'm not entirely certain if I'm past the timeframe where it was suggested I not make any major decisions.


Of course, I've got a bit of a history & tend to OD on natural endorphins, regardless on my say in the matter. Heck, I was feeling no pain associated with my own Wisdom teeth extraction & just felt hungry. Only began to have mild discomfort when bone shards started to work out of the areas that were nearly closed up.

That was not fun.

Just had my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks back too. Those pills took waaaay too long to kick in. :/

Using teabags in place of the gauze might help you not gag on you blood if that becomes a problem.

My wisdom teeth extraction was relatively painless. I think I ate spaghetti for a couple of days, after that I just went back to regular food.

I was really delirious when I came out of surgery, though. I couldn't stop laughing. Good stuff.
