Well, basically, despite the positive upswing of the thread (possibly?), the consensus does seem to be that I should shut the fuuuuuuuuuck up so I'll just go ahead and do that except for saying:

I personally felt that words needed to be said, and I said them, and more or less I got the replies I wanted, too. I will say no more.

Just respect that your experiences are great, and we're glad you're doing better, but not everyone else has so try not to apply your experiences so liberally in your expectations of others.

OH good, threads back. I was gonna make a new thread with my list of problems and opinions on what could be done to spruce up the forums! This works better!

But yeah. I think The Dreadful and co could use a bit more ADs abroad. 8 bit theater survived because it was 8 bit theater, it was niche, it was an old standby, it was old guard ala Bob and George, and it was quality. Webcomic and Final Fantasy were synonymous. A quick google search pulls up the Nuklear Power page, then the TV trope page, and then a single review. Then nothing!

Also, I did consider resubmitting NPF Avatar to TV tropes. We objected to it because we didn't want to bring in a bunch of weirdos to NPF to crash our RP, but now....

This thread was terrible. It's okay now. Still, reopening it shows signs of weakness inexcusable for an admin. Make me admin. I shall reign with iron fist.
