Annnd I am rechecking my itinerary for my international flight back to hell and it is looking like I am not going to make it back in time to actually commit to this weeks session even as a secondary character. At best I will be about four and a half hours late, at worst I won't be there at all.

Going to a football watching party tomorrow night. I should be on time, and at most an hour late, but just in case there are delays in me getting back or whatever I figured it'd be best to put in notice. I'll definitely make it to to session.

Golden Lord is a pretty OK dude, but he didn't help us a huge lot. The Terrible Abyssal Secret is bound to come in handy though.

They did manage to completely tap out the Invincible Sword Princess after a protracted engagement.

I'd say that's pretty impressive.

Shame about getting wiped out to the man, though.

Lessons Learned:

1. Talkytalkytalkytalkytalk talk talk.
2. Sending the ISP into traps on her lonesome is an effective tactic, but then she hogs all the xp.
3. God so much talking
4. The Lintha were every bit as impressive as we expected
5. Combat was to talking as a fly is to a sun
6. No more taking prisoners
7. If we end up taking more prisoners, decide on if we're killing them or not ahead of time
8. The talking made that game run on for about 10 hours. We got extra 2 xp for this. Conflicted.
9. Gem is a horrible place.
10. We now know all the important high points of the underworld situation. That probably means we have to take care of the underworld situation. Oh boy.

Lessons learned:

1. It is shocking how easy it is to accomplish absolutely nothing.
2. Character development takes ages.
3. Even 6 dice isn't enough to guarantee an impressive limit gain.
4. Jubal's ability to turn pretty much any situation into a disaster should really be factored into all our plans from this point on. Fortunately, the disasters seem to main focus on Jubal's suffering.
5. Jubal's suffering is always entertaining.
6. Even carting about a giant sword covered in the remains of her enemies does not reduce Elly's adorableness. Curse you App 5!
7. Semara is basically the font of wisdom for this team. Go to her if you want advice. She will have a saying. I'm not sure if I'm worried about this or not.
8. Anyone who doesn't show up to the game on time is probably relegated to playing strip poker with Neeran.
9. Garret should always remember to steal something when they visit a place like Gem, or he'll be kicking himself forever.
10. Kai drank how much?!?
