So question about netflix on the xbox

For awhile we were using my friends netflix on my xbox, but then decided to get our own when he cancelled his service. Got an account, logged on, its all good. But when he re-activated his account the xbox automatically signed into his account. I cant figure out how to disassociate my xbox account with his netflix or how to simply log out on it.

I did try re-downloading it but that didn't work. Was going to try deleting it and downloading it again but didn't know if it would work or where specifically to go to get it again. So before I did that I wanted to know if anyone knew how to fix this

On netflix.com under Your Account(on your friends account).
Under the section labeled Your Streaming Plan there is a hyperlink saying manage devices and computers. Upon clicking that you get the option to add a device or remove all devices. You're going to have to remove all and then your friend will have to readd whatever devices they want.
