I remember this crap back in the day where the speculation around how Meta this Meta was, was actually somewhat curious to think about... now i just kinda wanna slap this guy and tell him to get a decent job already....

it seems like one of those things were the guy just keeps trying to make a name for himself... so much... that he creates his own meme legend. It's ridiculous!

But i'm sharing... so here we go... you think it's weird that old forum users are returning? Even goddamn Bob's Game is returning...

I can't really imagine pokemon, zelda, harvest moon, and earthbound having a remotely coherent combination and slamming them all together sounds like a nostalgia buzzwording.

Take 2D Zelda combat and dungeon spelunking, add creature capture and use--have them work like the AI team mates in the Mana series, then give it a town you can raise like in BoF3--where making the town better gets you sweet shit for the rest of the game--but with farming as well, maybe toss in some romance options, and then put it all in a quirky modern setting.

Not that I think this guy is sane enough/crazy enough in the right ways to do it. It's probably just gonna be a steaming pile.

But you know, just saying, it could be done.

what you described is... really close to the Rune Factory series... just needs to beef up the Monster Catching stuff, but otherwise... it already exists.
