MSperoni would dive into a lake to save a drowning girl from a sinking car, without even stopping to think about how dangerous it was. That's why I wanted to do a novel. I think a novel format would allow me to go into more detail and expand on the Dreadfulverse in a way that isn't as time consuming as making a comic all by myself.

I've been working on this comic on and off for about four years and I've barely cracked the surface.

Plus the nice thing about text is that I don't have to worry about an art program or a tablet failing on me, nor do I have to worry about having a computer capable of running those things. I don't need a "setup" to write a story. As long as I have a laptop and my fingers work I'm okay.

The only thing is I'm not sure what to do with a novel once it's typed. I mean, apart from submitting it to a publisher.

I want something all of us can read as I go, like the comic. Maybe post a chapter a week or something somewhere.

I still want to do art too, like mini comics or pinup pics as supplement.

I really want the Dreadful to have its own site...blegh.

Sorry I'm kind of way late to the party on this, but I don't really hit up this part of the forum much. Anyway, are you familiar with Worm at all? Or Wildbow's business model in general? It sounds kind of like what you're wanting.
