Thanks shiney. I'm actually not overweight, (despite calling myself a fatass, which I probably shouldn't do- and at my doctor checkups they say my cholesterol and blood pressure is perfect, etc.), but if I gained any more I would be so I try to stay on top of it so it doean't sneak up on me in my 30s or 40s. I'm no stranger to working out and eating healthy but I fell off the exercise train a few months ago due to insomnia and not being able to afford a gym membership.

I got a treadmill but I really prefer weightlifting and doing strength training with your body weight instead of dumbbells is blehh. I just gotta do it though.
