Hello, I am Alucard Bloodlust,owner and operator of the Bloodbath Bar. THE RULES are as follows:
ONE: I OWN THIS BAR. I am dictator here. My word is law. If you do not accept this, YOU WILL BE BANNED
TWO: There will be NO BEGGING and NO ADVERTISING unless you SPECIFICALLY PM me . If you do not accept this, your posts will be deleted.
THREE: Your posts will be PROPERLY SPELLED and employ PROPER GRAMMAR. No bitching. No whining. If you do not accept this, you will be ignored.
FOUR: Seperate your damn actions from your posts. If you do not accept this, I will PUT YOU ON THE BAN LIST.
FIVE: This is the variable rule. When you annoy me, I will invoke RULE FIVE and guess what! BAN YOU!
That's the OOC rules. IC rules:
1) DM(Otherwise Known as Alucard Bloodlust is the owner, and himself and his staff are to be respected at all times
2) Weapons are not to be used in the bar outside of pre-agreed duels and fights conducted in the pit only
3) There are no windows
4) If you don't speak up, you will not be noticed.

So, you want a job here, eh? Well, let’s see if you can make the cut. First, you have to PICK A JOB! There will be notes about where I need workers, if you need help with this first monumental step. NEXT, you must send me a PM with the title of the job you want in the message topic. Inside, I want you to include the reason you want the job, the name you want to be called by, and any information I might want to know. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS your application will be summarily deleted.
YAY! You have no synthesized a proper application. If or when it is accepted, you will be given a one-week trial period. If you don’t show up, you will never make the staff listings.

Just FYI, you might not wanna make deleting posts and Banning such a high 'punishment', you can do neither. The most you can do is Ignore the guy i guess, but you can't really stop a n00b from coming in here and thinking "OMFG tihs plaze is teh focikng LOLLERS!!!" and posting as such.

Thats why I said to just ignore them.If a person is too imature and do some thing like that they are easily ignored.Now if you wish to question my bar further please PM me and we can talk that way.
