i read about 7 books. each took me about two days. i explained what ones in a previous post. The first three were the best things i ever read! the rest weren't as good but still a worthwhile read.

Thanks, I didn't know they ever had...I need to get that...and I've never played any edition older than 3rd, so I don't have a good base. Did anyone else find the 'prequals' (backstories to lead up to the first book) really disapointing?

well anyways. yea. i dont hink its gunna be a childrens movie.

remember the scenes in chronicles and legends about kit, silvara, and a couple of other parts where ppl get nekkid and shiet. loads of those scenes. and violence and gor...but i dun think it will be a pg or sumthin. gotta be like R.

hmm.. good point bout the mcdonalds sturm brightblades and stuff.. thats just nightmarishly sickening.

they cant make childs toys out of a movie rated R. that was my point b4 when i mentioned the gore and adult content. so if they do make a movie there won't be any stupid mcdonalds toys or trading cards or kiddie action figures or any of that crap.

I have never understood the desire to turn everything into a movie or video game. I think somethings only work or work best in a certain medium and trying to put them in a different medium can ruin them so I think that a book series like dragonlance should stay a book series.

such as yugioh.
it was good as an anime. but then CAME THE ACTUAL CARDS. which ruined it. and the fact that my tv is broken.

yup, very good series, ive read the main books, plus some of the side stories. Yea, ive been saying they should make a movie, or maybe a series of movies, of the chronicles trilogy. It would be hard, but, as stated before, with the right director, producers, and actors, could be a very good movie/s.

ive been thinkin bout the movie. if they ever make it, in legends, how the hell are they gunna get all those dwarves. i only know of 3 actors that played a pretty good dwarf before. how the hell they gunna get about 9 main ones. and a whole army i think they can like digitalize. but the main dwarves in the dwarven gate wars. they're so many of em.
