If you give Mitsurugi(sp?) the Damascus sword, I find that he just rips everyone in half.

Oh yeah, and the computer will do it multiple times in a match where I have yet to know any human player who can pull it off (including those who use primarily Hayabusa).
For some reason, I'm able to perform this particular throw by just tapping the throw button three times in a row. It even says so in the movelist. I tried it on my friend's X-Box, and it didn't work. It also doesn't work in tag matches, either...weird, eh?

Cool, I'll try it, although the only time I have ever used Hayabusa is to beat the game with him once. Because I hate him with a passion (mostly just because of how the computer uses him of course).

I'll probably like him....but I don't want to! That's why I stay away!!!!

Martial Law in Tekken 2.

The move in which he does a full flip, kicking the opponent in the chin and again while the opponent is in midair is what made him so cheap. I have named this move "the flippy kick". This move, done twice, took about 3/5 of their life away. Done twice, game over.

What made it so bad was that he could do a regular kick and then (after a millisecond pause) a flippy kick. This pause was just long enough for the other guy to start a punch, and then BAM, right in the face. Tekken 4 really toned down the damage, from 3/5 to 1/3, but he was still really good.

Needless to say, he was my favorite Tekken 2 character.

Then, there's Link, from SSMB:M. I wouldn't really call him 'cheap', more like 'low blow'. The pogo stick (c-stick down in air), his Goddamn shield, the grappling hook all combine to make a very good guy.

That I use quite often.

Lubu is Cheap. Fo sho. BUt then he's designed to be so powerful you think twice about fighting him.

I used to be so cheap with Chun Li in Streetfighter II. Just do the jumping downward heell kick and bounce on them for a while then when they figure out how to block that just do the lightningg kick. I frustrated many a friend with that.

I also feel the pain of Dalsim. Everyonce in a while he would give me trouble to no end.

You know who's cheap? HHH in Smackdown here comes the pain. He gets his special bar up almost instantly I swear.

I've found Oklahoma to be cheep in NCAA 2004 football. They always get miracle touchdowns on me and bring it to over time.

In Smackdown Here Comes The Pain, I think Rock's moveset makes him cheaper than Trips.

Fortunately, you can edit movesets. So I gave The Rock Trish Stratus' moveset.

Then I took him out of Season Mode entirely.

Theres a guy in some SNK game that has a special move that ups his defense by 33%. You can do it three times each round. You do the math.

I'm totally and 100% assured that Soul Calibur II is my favorite fighting game now....This is the only game where with actual SKILL and the ability to pre-emptively see an opponent's attacks comes in so handy that you make scinematic fighting...for example.

I was sophitia, my friend was Ivy. He immidiately stepped back and let out the whipsword, and started swinging it. I knew what was coming next, and I rushed in, and just as he swung the overhead strike, I countered with her guard move. He jumped up and swung over my head vertically. I ducked, and smacked my sheild into his (or her) head. I then did the backflip kick and ran forward to stab him, but just as I saw him step back I knew what was coming next like some sort of Spider Sense, and I leapt over the low whip-sword swing TWICE in perfect motion before I grabbed him (or her) and kneed him.

The rest was all fine, but after that it was just more fighting. Nothing compares to some of the stuff you can do in Soul calibur II.

Anyway.

It's my conclusion after much fighting that Yunsung, Xianghua, and spawn are all unneccesarily overcheap. Spawn is lightning fast, chain-combos, and shoots FIREBALLS. Sure, Nightmare and Cervantes have unholy swords, but he has INNATE UNHOLY POWERS...come on.
Xianghua is cheap because she's got so many unbelievable fakeouts, auto-parries, and long or short reaching techniques I just don't know where the hell she's going next. At least Raphel's moves leave him prone if you just sidestep.
And Yunsung. Oh god. How could I forget Yunsung? He only bounces around, backflips, jumps all over the goddamn place and does moves that are so unrealistic it makes me wish I was just dead so I wouldn't have to be humiliated, too.

What's cheap are the "intimidate moves" that are still there. You know the ones; your character throws a scripted attack, it gets blocked and leaves you stunned and awaiting a smackdown.
