We're not quite sure how he managed to make his way all the way from Corneria to Anime Boston, but this is clearly Fighter, even his name tag says so.

He survived the journey to Boston? ALONE? Eh, he probably got lost going to Elfland and ended up at an anime convention by mistake. Isn't Red Mage envious of him?
Awesome picture. Very funny.

Hell yes. Now that is one fine costume. And yes, I can just about make out the name on the tag... you have to know what it says though.
You or someone you know, or did you just come across the pic? |

The hair is a bit too... explodey, for lack of a better word. Other than that, very nice costume.
[EDIT]:*Looks at the heading for the picture* !!! THAT WAS IN BOSTON?! AND I MISSED IT?! OH, GODDAMMIT!!

I took the picture myself at AB, I don't know the person in the picture, but the second I saw the costume I had to take the pic.

That's such an awsome costume! I wonder if he made it himself, becasue he could really mass-produce those things and make with the millions of dollars.
On second thought, it looks like some old football gear. And where are his sword-chucks? I have to give that guy props for the sweet hairdo as well.

sword chucks would have been a nice touch, but unfortunately AB has a rather strict weapons policy even for obvious prop weapons, a few of the cosplayers got away with stuff like that but I saw many prop weapon's confiscated by security.
Regarless of that massachusettes law says that any chain over a certain length (I want to say 6 inches but I'm not 100% certain the exact length) is considered a dangerous weapon. So there's legal reasons not to have sword chucks too Last edited by Linsaran; 05-06-2005 at 03:23 AM. |

Hmm I wonder... where does Mass. state law say you can have "dangerous weapons" and not have them? Obviously they have to sell chains somewhere, right? Like tire chains. When you're buying them at the counter, do they arrest you for picking them up to buy them and say you're making a robbery? :P Where can you take em and not take em?
They gotta sell swords somewhere too, so I'm wondering what the law is there too. How do you get 'em home if you cant even touch em without breaking the law? |
