I just got my pre-ordered copy today, buzzed though the whole thing, and I can honestly say it was not money wasted. Every single story in the book was fantastic and everyone should pick up a copy to support the artists and writers that took part in it.
Disposable Parts Robots are awesome.

All domestic orders have been mailed, so it's just a matter of yours getting to you. Sometimes the mail can be very strange.

Crap... I totally forgot to preorder it. And Brian Carroll (webcomics OTHER famous Brian) told me Atomic Robo was especially good!
Oh wait, I just noticed they will be selling it at Otakon, so I guess I can pick up a copy then. Altho I'm not really sure who "they" is. Man I wish I could have done a story for something like this... I love drawin' robots. But really, who doesn't?

I feel I must avoid the obvious joke here.
Isn't there a robot in Staccato now? What the crap happened to that?

Oh he's coming back. I just wanted to step out of the storyarc a bit to do make fun of the Nintendo DS and other things. In fact now that the strip is going again he'll probably show up next week.
Personally I think that the story I'm doing with my robot character would've also made a great DP story if done in comic book format... but then of course I wouldn't be able to use it in the strip! Also maybe someone else had the same idea in DP... I won't really know 'til I read it. And now I'll stop talking about my own strip before I get banned! Also mad props on the Christmas Boy avatar. ![]() Ooh, and I just realized that if I pick up DP at Otakon I can get several of the contributers to sign it. Looks like things are coming up Milhouse!

Dur, I didn't even think of that. I'll have to get mine signed by as many people as possible too.

Question. The delivery location of my comic was my college campus, but I am home now. Is there any way I can get it redirected?

Erk. Maybe you could call the campus and ask them if there's anything they can do about it for you, like giving them a forwarding address or something? Brian says all the pre-orders have been already put in the mail.

If your college is worth it's salt they'll remail it to your home address.
I know I missed a few letters at school and they sent them all to me.
