BM got blue magic from Darko the Dark

However, he didn't get any power from Bahamut.

When is he going to get his other class change from Bahamut ?

Short version: Black Mage is a nexus of magical power. Bahamut only unlocked each Light Warrior's full potential. In a sense, he didn't give them anything new. But Black Mage's full potential was still bound up in the nexus. "Darko" changed that.
