He also packed enough power to blow up 5 iceburgs but could not do anything to some random monsters. Bottomline, they're as powerful as need be.

Wow. Could that be the first totally Brian designed monster we've seen, or is that from some other game? Whatever it is, it's great! It's like some weird Sesame Street Hedgehog Bush/Shrub Monster thing. With horns and everything!

Maybe I'm just imagining it, but it almost seems to me as tho' Fighter is using Black Mage to hone his skills in Statements Open To Multiple Interpretations (a la Carrot of the Ankh-Morpork City Watch), particularly in the penultimate panel. It's a bit like a few comics back, when he said "Thief, *you're* a jerk...".

Hah. I love it. BM should really see a counselor (Equipped with a Wall Ring and a very potent aphrodesiac) to settle these issues.

Also, that cake kicks unbelievable levels of ass. As does Kurt's abilites to find new and exciting ways to confound you enough to report his doings on the front page.
