Well, bear in mind that "hypnovision" for Fighter just involves telling him to do stuff. It's really neither "hypno" nor "vision" as much as it is "something" that I can't "think of" at the "moment" so I'm just using "quotation marks" like a "jackass".

This brings up the question... Why not use his "Me-Doken" and blast himself to wherever the cannon was aimed, leaving the other suckers to get shot out of a cannon?

Or, let them get shot first... then Hadoken himself... thereby killing off Jeff and his stupuid cannon, and having all the meat shields there for his protection.

Because the Me-doken isn't so much a spell as a "throwing yourself at your opponents".
