NWN2 has many more races(all elven and dwarven sub-races, and planetouched) and a couple extra prestige classes, NWN2 take an enormously powerful PC to run though, so unless your new computer has Duo-Core and an Nvidia 8800 GTX you probably won't get it to run on high. NWN
Diamond, which is what I suppose you are looking at, has NWN, Shadows of Undrentide, Hordes of the Underdark, and Kingmaker, which is the module creator. I spent a lot of time just making lvl 15 characters in HotU and exporting them to the main game.
