Funny how all these people and groups just keep bumping into each other travelling the entire globe. I'm seriously wondering what the Other Warriors are up to.

Yeah know i wouldn't be suprised at all if they really are another group of suckers being forced by Sarda to work for no reason.

Who ARE the Other Warriors, anyway? I haven't played FFIII on NES extensively, so I'm not familiar. I see a Viking, a Hunter, another White Mage, and...?

its great because it shows a populated world... there are more than 1 group of adventures roaming around with greater objectives..! C'mon pretty much every RPG ever forget this

The Other Warriors were never from any game, with those costumes. While 8-Bit parodies FF1, it's only because Brian started off with the sprites in FF1. He does RPG parody, period. The actual sprites they origin from are, like White Mage's FF3 sprite, from FF3. They're:
Bard-> Ranger (no editing)
Viking-> Berserker (change colors)
Summoner-> Cleric (changed robe pattern to white mage triangles)
Thief-> Rogue (no editing)

The Other Warriors, themselves, which I'm going to explain for fun, are:
Ranger: The leader of the team, a charming man with long hair, probably like favio. Excels in firing arrows, even more than one at the same time. Ranger is charming enough to totally swoon White Mage, but he obviously was somehow connected to the murderings at Crystal Lake.
Berserker: Most interesting of the other three, goes into homicidal rages randomly, however, when he has his composure, he wears a monocle and is probably one of the greatest conversationalists of their time (said by Red Mage). This would be everyone's favourite Other Warrior, I assume; he's mine, at least.
Cleric: Has issues with asking gods to heal people. He always chooses the wrong gods to heal when he does, however, his use for the gods is probably what got the Other Warriors on the moon. He's the only Other Warrior that can so-called use magic, though I don't really classify summoning the gods magic, I call that summoning.
Rogue: Thinks like Thief, but is as guillable as the rest of the Other Warriors. Instead of actually stealing like a bad-guy, Rogue steals like a good-guy, and shams people about stories from friends of friends, and allows people to give him what he wants with his lies.

I wonder if Brian has a spritesheet of the Other Warriors? I'd love to see it.
