I don't think Zuko is as narcissistic as Katara, in that sense that she thinks she always is right all the time and that she is super-awesome and flawless and gets shocked or violent when anything conflicts with this.

Having been banished for several years with Iroh, lived as a wanderer for a while, as a shopkeeper for a while, and (hopefully?) finally having overcome his emotional problems. He has had a revelation, and is probably at a point where he doesn't really know what's going to happen - besides, he's never been one to be surprised anyway. He also knows that Aang is the Avatar and shouldn't be surprised to see that the guy who's been doing this for as long as anybody can remember knows what he's doing.

Probably not, while Zuko is known to have had a slow start with bending he did grow up next to a prodigy so he's probably already had that conversation with Azula and gotten over it.

He was raised next to one of the greatest firebenders in the world.
His father is one of the greatest firebenders in the world.

He ain't going to be all "Oh noez, you are so leet and awesome Aang, I feel mopey and sucky now and have to betray you."

I want to know if he can bend lightning now.

Aang will pick up firebending quickly the moment he learns how to moderate it, though. Not only fire is his complementary element, but I imagine Zuko's method of teaching will be a lot more forgiving than Katara's or Toph's, if only because of the guilt he must feel after chasing the Gaang for so long.

I foresee Aang meditating in front of a candle, trying to moderate the flame, like Zuko did, until Iroh came in with some bad news and caused Zuko to go all emotional and cause the candle to combust.

No news about newer episodes, but I have something to show how much time will it take for those episodes to air here...The answer is, an Avatar Marathon on January 19, 20 and 21, showing all episodes from the first two seasons and all episodes in the third season up to 11 ( apparently ). After that, we'll get a new episode each two weeks.

hmm im wondering if earth benders can bend steel water to heal/ice/bloodebending?

and fire to lighting what can air do? Also Wouldnt the sun give the firebenders power as well ive missed the lates 3 episodes so i missed the whole black sun thing so is it the sun that powers it?
also could fire benders focus enough on 1 person to make thim sponatiously combust like with blood bending but more nefarious?

From what I think, metalbending is a lot more...Aggressive. Besides bending the meteorite, all of Toph's metalbending involved a lot of hitting whatever metal she wanted to bend, so I doubt she'd be able to bend water. Air bending can probably create electricity by friction, but I suppose it'd be really, really hard. Aaand firebenders, as already explained, receive their powers from the sun, so their bending gets a bit weaker when it isn't sunny - such as when it's raining, cloudy or during the night - but an eclipse completely negates it. Also, firebending comes from the breath of the bender, so I doubt there could be any spontaneous combustions.
