Dude, you should try living here, then you wouldn't have to think it, you'd know it. This is the problem with people here now, someone comes up with an idea and without even thinking it through fully they just go ahead and run with it, no matter how ridiculous.

I mean really, what the hell is the point of this? They may as well not even bother putting the damn photos online in the first place. But no, that would be too damn logical!

I just wish people would think before doing shit like this. It serves no purpose and it makes them look like idiots.

I mean... uhm...

I think that Britain's alarmism in this case is quite ridiculous. I think this all came from the complaint of one mother who was worried or upset and took her fears too seriously. Then, since the complaint of one mother outweighs the logic of anyone else, you get this result.

Wow. If they are going to hide the kids' faces, then they shouldn't post the picture!

The general idea is good though -- if somebody does not want their picture posted all over the 'net, then they could request to be blanked out (but preferably in a less creepy manner. It always irritated me that my school would post pictures of students (well, specifically, ME) on their site without asking beforehand. But I just don't like to have my picture taken.
