Ok the event will be up shortly, I found a server with a basic map rotation and the event will be posted as soon as the valve servers come up from maintenence.
Also, ENGIE BUFFS FUCK YEA! EDIT: Why is the steam browser thing so damn slow?

Not gonna lie guys, I am a huge fan of the new Engie buffs.
Just to clarify, the teleporter entrances and exits upgrade in unison, so you don't have to bang on each one. which makes it nice for setting up portable bases. Plus the Dispenser++ basically wins the last two CP's for you if you set it up in a decent spot.

also two fully upgraded teleporters basically equals no downtime. Never did I spawn and not have one open.
But if one is destroyed are they both reset to level one? Now back to the topic of the events, can we get some more warning on these? Like a day

Also, important update for everyone: Team Fortress 2 is now $9.99 That means everyone who doesn't have this but has Steam should buy it since it's now, in my opinion, ridiculously cheap for how good a game it is.

Actually, yes...at least, if you use the engie's detonator-tool-thing to destroy one, the other resets to level one. Dunno what happens if an enemy destroys it, but I don't see why it'd be different. Doesn't seem to matter which one gets destroyed, either.

I can't help but feel pissed off at the game dropping to half its listed price when I bought it 3 days ago. Maybe Valve can credit me or something. :p

Maybe they changed this since last night, but as of 2 AM this morning I didn't have to re-upgrade my teleporters if the enemy destroyed an entry or exit.
