But the constitution of the US says that states cannot leave. In addition I believe that it is established legal precedent that in cases of conflict between the two, the US constitution supersedes state constitutions ( I could be mistaken about that, however). On top of that, didn't we kind of already fight a war over this? I know they think liberals are sissies, but do they really think the feds wouldn't have every gun, tank, and plane in the nation all over their shit in a heartbeat?

Actually, I say we war-game this scenario out in the thread, as I can't imagine there's anybody in this forum that will argue in favor of the Texas Ranger. I could be surprised, but I doubt it.
