I could roll up a new trivia topic. Ive got some new ideas for it, too.
Since I'm not around as much, ive got a way it can basically run itself.

Do a Photoshop contest.

It's only failed every single other time we tried.

I'm feeling pretty good about it this time.

(Do it like the other stupid contest threads so like, person posts picture, everyone else photoshops it, person picks winner who posts new picture to be photoshopped, etc. No, you know, tennis and that)

I've been thinking that perhaps a type of activity we could do to bolster the games forum a bit more is to start having MSPaint Adventure type Forum adventures. They seem to be very popular over on thier forums, with supposedly over 100 started in two weeks.

Pretty much, these'd be run the same as the LPs are in the video games forum, except with original, written on the fly content as opposed to an interactive walkthrough. Artwork is nice, but not totally mandatory (hey, Zork is still a fantastic game with no graphics). The person running the adventure would make all the relevent advancements in the game, and the other people would suggest commands to be used or directions they want to see the game go in, from which the game runner would pick and choose the ones they like by whatever criteria they set up. They can be as long as the author feels like sustaining them.

While the obvious genre choice would be humor, it could be serious. In fact, one of the best Forum Adventures over at those other forums is this really creepy psychological horror. Really, the options are limitless.

I'd be up for running a text-based one myself (with options of people submitting artwork for scenes they wanna draw out, of course), granted I'll be a bit busy the next couple of weeks, with not as much time to devote to it, but I don't see why we can't have four or so of them running, if there are parties interested in doing it.
