Prediction: He knows all of the moves' names, but does not know how to use them. OR He fuses with the Fiends to become Chaos so they're not violating the One Boss at a Time Act of 1984!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Then 434 happens
