I like mine in on of a couple ways.

1. ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. I've been told mayo is a strange add-on for hotdogs, but I loves it.

2. The above 3, plus relish.

Simple is better with me. If it gets too complex it still tastes OK but the joy of a hotdog is in the simplicity.

Depending on how I feel, I either go minimalistic or all out. These are of course, the deliciousness that is Hebrew National hotdogs.

Minimalistic: Just ketchup and maybe some relish

All out: Mustard, relish, ketchup, pickles, coleslaw. Mmmmm...

I remember one time I actually got a giant platter and put a giant bread pile on it in the shape of a volcano, poured chili all over it, and had hot dog-people lying all over the base of the volcano. I didn't get any pictures, but it was delicious, and I might do it again just 'cuz.
