I think the Yes and No regarding liking or not liking video games was supposed to be reversed. I mean at least a PC has a viable use that doesn't involve vidjagames.

I think the joke is that while computers aren't as dedicated to video games as other consoles, they are better for most games (assuming your machine is good enough and you have the necessary parts such as joysticks etc).
