Favorite Opening/Ending Credits

What are your favorite opening/ending credit sequences? Doesn't matter if it's in an anime, a regular tv show, a movie, or what, so long as you like it! Also, to save Fifth some bitchin' at us, make sure to put why you like it.

Inspector Gadget OP: Because fuck you Inspector Gadget was one of my favoritest shows. The song is catchy, and you gotta love the Get Smart-esque beginning of it.

Goku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei OP3: Has a nice rap version of Rumba that really grows on you, the circus theme is fun and upbeat, and the animation is beautiful.

Maria+Holic OP: This one gets in on pure "what-the-fuck did I just watch" factor. Most people will fucking hate it, but it's just more evidence that Shaft is composed primarily of crazy people, and I would be remiss to omit it.

Cowboy Bebop ED: One of the best shows ever has one of the best ending credits ever? Who'd a thunk it. Real Folks Blues still stands as one of my favorite anime songs of all time, and the imagery just works.

Full Metal Alchemist's last OP - Why were the OPs so much cooler than the actual show?

Outlaw Star OP - God that was an awesome opening. Upbeat, funny, full of action, and set really well to an awesome song.

Psych - Oh my god it makes me laugh every time. So funny.

GaoGaiGar deserves a spot due to its sheer audacity. (Hey we need a theme! OKAY! LETS JUST YELL GAO GAI GAR FOR A MINUTE AND A HALF!)

Onett's theme and the Pigmask army theme are also great themes.

I'm in love with both Toradora!'s OPs, especially the second one. That's just me and my cheesiness, though.

Seeing as NonCon mentioned movies, we just can't go without mentioning the opening credits to Watchmen, which were some of the best five minutes I've had in a theater. Part of it's just the geeky love of seeing shit like the Minutemen, but the cleverness of the concept, the sheer aesthetic prettiness of it, and then of course Bob Dylan just makes it all fantastic.

For closing credits, Wall-E's were certainly terrific. Pixar's end credits have been rather enjoyable in general for the most part.

Haruhi Season 2 OP: The song is catchy, but more than anything the visual flair and style of this is just great.
