Pretty much. The only cases somebody notices Finland is that when something awulf happens in Finland. The hatedoken is the opposite of the hadoken.

So obviously, instead of destroying things with love, it will HEAL THEM WITH HATE.

Furthermore since it is the opposite of the hadoken, it will STRIKE UNERRINGLY the intended target.

So he'll heal all the damage (mental and otherwise) he's done to Sarda, which since he's had billions of years to build up will take ALL the hate in the hatedoken, convert it into a HADOKEN and pass on to kill the Onion Kid in wizard school (to end his suffering...isn't he still insane from black mage's face?).

All is well.

Y'know, I would wonder why Sarda couldn't just see this happening from the future, but I have a theory. Maybe he is like a Sidereal from Exalted and he can't see the threats that exist outside of fate/the universe. And maybe he is arrogant enough to believe it doesn't matter.

He only knew what was going to happen since he experienced it all before from the viewpoint of Onion Kid.

Since Onion Kid is now away at wizard school, he's just an Omnipotent Jackass now, instead of a Omniscient one.

I think his quote that "I knew that it was going to happen, but I'm angry anyway" was just because it was ridiculously obvious what the light warriors were gonna do.

So now they can fight Sarda on "even" ground (like their fight vs Lich, but hey, they won that one).

And even if Sarda only remembers what Onion Kid saw he could just go to the wizard school and tell OK what's happening now. And ask him to be sure to remember it, of course.
