Anyway, what's the big deal? I'm sure Thief has 3 times that laying around, and he can just sneak back in there that night and steal it back. Black Mage can then use some of the spells he bought to burn it down, possibly before Thief even makes it back out.

So what exactly does the Jerkin Hut (or Joe's Jerkin Shack) do? What goods or services does it offer? Does it sell jerkins, or jerky? Or is it something to do with sex?

So, is it too late for them to get the Cold Fusion generator needed to power the Space Helicopter?

Because forget about incredibly expensive doom spells, this situation calls for the arsenal of heaven to nuke it from orbit.
