For reference, Seil, being from Wisconsin and having lived at one point in a rural area, it's pretty well-understood that cows are effing heavy and a typical party consists of at least two people, often three, depending on the physical strength and stamina of the parties involved.

Keeping that in mind, it's also often done while drunk, not that there's a shortage of beer over here. If you get one drunk idiot on the wrong side of a cow, it can cause some pretty hefty injuries when the cow goes over on him. I've never heard of any deaths from it, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone could get crushed and become unable to breathe. What with cows being effing heavy and all.
