Capitalism, ho!
This game, named Recettear, is a delightful little indie gem. You play as Recettear, a young girl who has inherited her late fathers debt. In order to pay it off, you run an item store for adventurers. I'd recommend taking a look at it; it's got a comprehensive demo, and the localizer rubs me the right way in how they approach things.
