Metal Gear Solid 4 is trippy as ever, but has great game play & graphics. Plus, it has on-line play. However, if you want all the play arenas & character models, you'll have to pay extra.

Has God of War 3 been mentioned? Like GOW 1 & 2, but more brutal. Plus, has better graphics.

If you're into first person shooter games, you might want to look into the 2 Resistance games. I'm not into the 1st person scene, so I haven't checked out either.

Infamous and Saints Row 2 are must buys. Saints Row 2 has infinite replayability. I was -just- starting to get bored of it, when Bob the merc and I started doing multiplayer and I found an entire subset of challenges just for multiplayer.

A lot of great suggestions. I feel the PS3 won't disappoint. And so long as the universe does not screw me over this time like it did before when I was within kissing range of getting a PS3 over the past 3 years. I should have my PS3 by February 14th.

EDIT: February 18th, off by only a few days.
