Since the criteria for inclusion is "Must have been on a nintendo console at some point", I'd like to nominate Podoboo, Omochao, the guy who is always at the front of Pokemon Gyms, FF1 shopkeeper, Bimmy/Jimmy's girlfriend, the Wind Fish, and Kaepora Gaebora.

Yes it is True. They have drawn up concepts of Shantae's colour for mutliple people and I think a stage design

Hasn't been a poll in a while but Banjo Kazooie is DEFINITELY getting some attention. Shovel knight, Shantie, Wonder Red and King K.rule are still popular. Sora made a splash but I don't think that'll happen anytime soon. Snake is wanted. And of course Roy (for some reason)
