So, I offended a customer today at work by asking if they needed to get help from a spanish-speaking representative since they were not native English speakers. Turns out they were Hungarian and were pretty upset at my assumption. Feelin' pretty shitty. :/ No idea what I was thinking.

Like, I'm not sure if I feel bad becuase I made an assumption that I should not have or just that they were - like REALLY - offended about it. Anyways, apparently Hungarians share a lot of common Spanish names and I can't distinguish between a Hungarian accent and a Mexican accent, apparently.
